Vintage Porcelain Head Doll - Boy Dressed for Winter w/Stand

Vintage porcelain head doll has porcelain hands, plastic feet and soft body. Arms are wired and can be raised and lowered. They are connected so they move together and cannot move separately. There is some dirt and an ink mark on face. Scarf is discolored. The head and limbs do not have a maker mark that I've found. Measures about 9" tall and comes with a craft store stand. There was originally a tag sewn in the sweater under his arm but has been cut off. I do not know if the clothes are original to the doll.
